  • The gift voucher can be redeemed for the above service within the validity period indicated on the voucher.
  • The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and will only be accepted on bookings made in advance (subject to availability). Please note that the voucher must be presented to our Reception team upon check-in to be able to be redeemed. The Zala Springs Gift Voucher is only valid within the Resort. Zala Springs is not responsible in case the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the owner permission. No replacement will be offered in these circumstances.
